APEX Water Solutions & Services was pleased to participate in the high-level technical seminar organized by the Petroleum Research Center – Libya, titled “Oil & Gas Sector and Decarbonization Challenges,” held in Tripoli. The event brought together senior officials, technical experts, and representatives from the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and leading companies operating across Libya’s oil and gas sector.
